It has grown from being a trading company dealing in wire nail, paper and other commodities to being the largest manufacturer exporter of iron castings from India. The company has been a promoter driven business organization for the past 5 decades and continues to grown rapidly even today.

RBAC has 3 manufacturing facilities in India with a combined annual installed capacity of 24000 MT of Grey iron and 24000 MT of Ductile iron. Its has recently started a manufacturing facility for making and supplying custom steel fabricated and galvanized products

RBAC has 3 foundries with an installed capacity of 24000MT of Grey iron and 24000 MT of ductile iron per year. We use multiple molding and melting processes/technologies which are optimised to the product being manufactured - Molding processes range from green sand hand molding to semi automatic molding lines to high pressure (air impulse and hydraulic) fully automatic molding lines. The foundry manufactures products complying to international standards and are fully equipped for in process and final inspection. All our foundries provide full traceability of products both for physical and chemical attributes. Our multi location, multi process manufacturing provides a unique ability - a combination of flexible manufacturing (for small batches) and high volume production (for very high volume parts).
Coupled with our foundries are the finishing centres - providing bespoke finishing solution - Machining (conventional and CNC), Painting lines (for standard paints, special application paints like epoxy, powder coating, CED coating and Hot dipped galvanising).
